위의 글에서 밑줄친 부분에서요 명세서를 보내라고 하는거 같은데요 내이름과 주소가 적혀있는 명세서를 보내라는건가요??

아님 명세서에 내 이름과 주소를 적어서 보내라는 건가요? 카드사 문의하니 이름까지는 나오는데 주소가 나오는 명세서는 없다고 하네요 ㅠㅠ 아 미치겠습니다. 카드,계정 다 막히고 이런 경험 있으신분들 있으신분들 도움부탁드릴게요
